Governor announces Virginia college goals Gov. Mark Warner, D-Va., spoke at the College Tuesday morning to announce his “Education for a Lifetime” program. His focus was to discuss the goals he has for Virginia’s institutes of higher learning. Warner’s presentation, held in McGlothlin-Street Hall’s auditorium, drew a crowd of students and faculty, as well as local political officials.
