 Virginia 21 gives pennies to Richmond
Members of Virginia21, the statewide political advocacy group for 18 to 24 year-olds, presented 200,000 pennies to the Commonwealth’s Treasurer Jody Wagner yesterday at a press conference designed to raise awareness about the ongoing budget debates currently before Virginia’s General Assembly.
