Tennis smashes competition
The women’s tennis team’s successful week finished with their 5-2 defeat of Virginia Commonwealth University Wednesday at 3 p.m. The match, played in the McCormack-Nagelson Tennis Center due to rain, brought the Tribe’s record to 14-12 overall and 3-0 in the CAA.

“This was a good victory for us. This was the team that beat us [before]. It was a great match for our momentum,” Head Coach Kevin Epley said.
