Intelligence devolves in weak ‘Thunder’ In the world of science fiction, there’s the good (“Star Wars,” “Jurassic Park,” “Blade Runner,” “The Postman”), the bad (“Final Fantasy,” “Plan 9 from Outer Space,” “Mimic”) and the amusing-but-laughably fatalistic.
