Math professor indicted for alleged war crimes, murder A Spanish judge issued an international arrest warrant Wednesday for three U.S. soldiers, including Lieutenant Colonel Philip deCamp, an adjunct professor of mathematics at the College. The soldiers are being charged with “murder” and “a crime against the international community” relating to their roles in the death of a Spanish cameraman during a 2003 assault on a hotel housing journalists, the Oct. 19 online edition of CNN reported.
