Police apprehend suspected rapist At approximately 2 a.m. this morning at a Newport News apartment complex, James City County police, with the help of the Surry County Sheriff’s Office, arrested the “person of interest” in the case of the Tuesday morning sexual assault of a female senior student at the Governor’s Square Apartment Complex.
