According to Bill Walker, vice president of university relations, Campus Police conducted an investigation of the alleged crime, which happened over the summer, and issued a warrant for Fraley's arrest Tuesday. After her arrest, she was freed on a signature bond and awaits a trial, the date of which has not yet been determined.

Fraley, 29, had been an employee of the College for two-and-a-half years before the arrest. She has since resigned from her job, and could not be reached for comment.
