Editorial: Consistancy needed for computing education
Departmental requirements should be eliminated and replaced by a new, general requirement that would ensure students learn practical computing skills. Additionally, there should be interdepartmental criteria for computer proficiency -- a set of standards in learning that all students must achieve.<
